WHEELING MACHINE

English wheel, throat 1040 mm. Simple solutions of Heliotech, installation of rolls, so called

quick lowering mechanism and other - became an example to follow by others.

Main thick-walled profiles. This is not a standard wall thickness that would be insufficiently stiff.

The key to good wheeling machine (operates correctly or not) are rolls and sufficiently rigid

x 75 mm, (low inertia) should be recognized. Of course, abrasion resistant tool steel (no spring steel or general use

HELIOTECH shrinker stretcher, new model SR80 with coarse and fine adjustment.
A market innovation among compact sheet metal forming tools.

This tool has two independent coarse and precise shrinker adjustments depending
on thickness of the sheet metal used
and the desired deformation speed of the sheet metal.
Fine setting Infinitely adjustable, between gentle or more aggressive shrinking
or stretching is possible.
Due to the integrated stop inside the body, each deformation step is - preset - identical. Repeatability is maintained whether the operator squeezes the leverless or harder
with more or less attention.
